Our most recent brake-through in friction technology is our introduction of Cohesive Friction®...a whole new way to stop your fleet. Cohesive Friction® doesn’t use abrasive particles that “dig” into the drum like all other heavy duty linings do.

Cohesive Friction® creates a transfer layer of non-abrasive particles that smear onto the face of the drum. In addition, Cohesive Friction® linings are soft and conforming to the drum, unlike hard abrasive friction linings. This conformability allows for complete heel and toe contact between the lining and the drum, which lets us use up to 10% more material on each lining.
